Do you want to set yourself up for a day full of learning?  Eat breakfast!

Breakfast is a simple, and tasty, way to ensure that you will have the brain power and energy to learn all the new things you'll be expected to grasp today in class. 

Base your breakfast around one item each from these three food groups -- fruits/vegetables, carbohydrates and protein.  Then make at least one of your three choices raw like, say, a piece of fruit.

Have breakfast consistently and you'll be amazed at the results.  Enjoy!
