Hi.  I've tutored off & on for decades.  Since retiring from Engineering this is my primary occupation.  For ten years I trained tutors in California and supervised their success while continuing to tutor privately.  On average a student moves up one grade level in about 15 hours of tutoring if they have fallen behind.  If homework help is what they need, we explore earlier concepts that might be weak.
