As an academic/executive function coach, I believe in addressing the whole student: habits of thinking, task-readiness, reading and writing-related anxiety (where applicable), reading fluency, focus, self-questioning, checks for understanding, independent reading choices; writing mechanics, word choice, task-appropriate tone and style, pre-writing, revision and self-editing.
As an experienced educator, I coach students on school success, meeting teacher expectations and adopting effective habits of mind/organizational habits. There is no one method for organizing assignments, prioritizing tasks or building stamina and focus. We will develop the methods that work best for you/your child.

Also available on a per project basis: professional bios, business/professional communications; artistic/personal statements, editorial feedback, family projects.
