In-person availability: Weekday afternoons and evenings during the school year. Saturdays between 9am and 1pm. Online availability: Weekdays between 9am and 3pm during the school year.

For the past 5 years, I have managed my own part-time private tutoring business. I am currently taking on new clients to inspire, encourage, and help students achieve their academic goals. I enjoy learning and strive to pass that along to all my students.
Education: I have a BA in Psychology (earned in 2005 from East Carolina University). I have completed some coursework for a MS in Educational Psychology and intend to complete my degree in 2018.
Experience: I have been teaching or tutoring in some capacity for the better part of my career. I spent a year in the NC Public School System as a Special Education Teacher and prior to starting my own business, tutored for companies such as Sylvan Learning Center and University Instructors, Inc.
