My ultimate goal to help students increase and improve their innate ability. I accomplish this through a number of teaching techniques and methods that I have developed over the years and have witnessed their efficacy. The focus of my tutoring and instruction endeavor is to highlight the importance of developing the abiolity to adopt the appropriate approach for a particular type of problem. It is not a very effective approach to solve numerous problems to get "practice". Solving problems for practice purposes is good, however, it should be complemented with the technique of identifying the right approach for a particular problem. Otherwise, the learning curve soon becomes very steep and the prospect of preparing for exams a dauting one. Along the way to reaching the goal described above, I do help students with their homework and exam preparations. I do not neglect this very crucial aspet of tutoring.
