Power does not come from muscles
July 1, 2015 by Joel Crandall  |

Anytime i hear ANY muscle causing another muscle dysfunction success the Obliques are main cause of abdominal dysfunction, I cringe.

Its OK that they don't know any better as this is what is taught in Anatomy classes that its all about the muscles.  It's time to change that paradigm.

Power does not come from muscles.  It comes from functionally SYNC'd diaphragmS creating natural internal pressure in which allows up to be stable and move efficiently.

Think of what moves your Car.  it's not gasoline.  it's the combusted gas/air pressure in the engine cylinders that turns the energy into power

Structure Dictates Function
